Today’s children are the future of our nation. Schools and educational institutions are there to impart the best education to future builders and bring out the best in them. The teachers work hard to recognize their significance and invest in their growth and development by providing them with a solid education, nurturing their values and safeguarding their well-being. 

Sometimes when the little learners grow up, behavioral changes are found in them. Often some students display unhealthy behaviors. Many teachers report that they have to deal with pupils who display and behave vital. For instance shouting at teachers, playing telephones during the lessons, misbehaving with other fellow students. 

Unhealthy behavior can include physical, emotional or social issues such as bullying, substance abuse, self harm, eating disorders, or metal health problems, Such disruptive behavior affects the students learning opportunities, lowered academics achievements affects the pupil concerned and other  classmates, 

Such issues could be parental reasons and partly from the teachers, this problem is multi-factorial. The students spend the majority of the time in schools and it has been proved that it has an unavoidable effect on making and developing a students character. The respect which was shown to teachers decades ago has been lost, it is a big issue that the children do not listen to their elders. This is happening also because of overuse of mass media. These days educational institutions report at alarming rates about these. 

This is the rationale for school intervention on the duty of care that the educational institutions have for student’s safety and well being and promoting a healthy environment. 

Exclusion from the classroom who misbehave, may be sent to head office, suspended or expelled. Maybe this can lead to missing out on important and institutional opportunities. Use of phones should be strictly stopped in the school by the students.

In the educated society they respect each other in sharing the responsibilities may be at home or at work, with sincerity. Both males, females share the same amenities without any gender bar or disparity.But the feeling of masculinity among men and the society constructed differences in the roles and status power contributed to differences in the mental health of those affected not only in personal life but in professional areas also. Although there are variations in the overall incidence of  psychopathology between men and women. Both have different symptoms. Internalizing disorders are common in women while externalizing disorders are more common in men. Some of the gender inequality include higher levels of stress, anxiety, depression and post traumatic stress disorder in men, worldwide.

These are common conditions having impact on individuals as well as families through increased absolutism, reduced productivity and increased costs. Males being considered the bread winners display sometimes traditional masculine traits such as strength and central. They rely on themselves, not seeking the help of co-workers. However prolonged or excessive job stress is a risk frr the mental health problems, 

Factors contributing to job stress i.e. high demand, low job control, work overload pressure, unclear work role, job insecurity, long working hours, poor communications, inadequate resources solutions, all affect the mental health of males.
